Ingredients & Instructions
- One cup (140 grams) of wheat flour
- Can substitute with corn, rice, barley, or a similar grain.
- Add 1/3 cup (80ml) of water
- Mix until dough no longer clings to sides of bowl
- Gently knead dough on a nonstick surface for about 5 minutes
- Separate into two pieces
- Roll the dough until it is about 1/8 inch (3mm) thick
- Place on a lightly oiled baking sheet
- Perforate dough with a fork
- Place in an oven preheated to 450° Fahrenheit (230° Celsius)
- Bake for approximately 8 minutes
- Remove from oven to cool
- Break into pieces and place on serving plates
